Role IT Sales Executive:
As an IT Sales Executive at Appentus Technologies your role involves identifying business opportunities engaging with potential clients and driving sales of our IT solutions. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs presenting tailored technology solutions and building strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge sales expertise and strategic thinking to expand our market presence and drive business growth

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients for Appentus IT solutions including mobile
and web app development custom software and digital marketing services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct presentations and product demos to showcase the value of Appentus
services.
Work closely with the marketing team to generate and nurture leads.

2. Consultative Selling:
Analyze client requirements and provide tailored IT solutions that meet their
business needs.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients offering strategic advice and guidance to
enhance their digital presence.

3. Sales Target Achievement (TOI):
Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets (TOI) as outlined by the
management.
Track sales progress and proactively work towards hitting revenue and client
acquisition goals.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads ensuring steady sales conversion.


4. Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
Provide regular sales updates forecasts and performance reports to senior
management.
Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and take proactive steps to
optimize performance.

5. Collaboration:
Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure a
seamless handover of client projects.
Collaborate with other departments to drive marketing and sales efforts.

Target (TOI):
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets (TOI) with a strong focus
on both revenue and the number of closed deals.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities within
both existing and new client accounts.
Actively contribute to the achievement of the companys overall revenue and growth
goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience in IT sales particularly in the areas of mobile app development
software solutions or digital services.
Strong ability to communicate technical solutions to nontechnical stakeholders.
Selfmotivated resultsdriven and goaloriented with a passion for sales.
Excellent negotiation presentation and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with the latest trends in mobile and web app development digital marketing and IT solutions.
Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Strong understanding of the competitive landscape in IT and technology services.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
