Job Description

Change Management Specialist Digital Shared Services

Project Overview:
Join our team as a Change Management Specialist supporting Digital Health a Shared Health service dedicated to enhancing healthcare delivery through information and communication technology. This initiative focuses on streamlining and optimizing information management processes across the provincial health sector.

Location:

  • Remote (within Canada services must not be performed from outside Canada)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and assess organizational readiness to accommodate changes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies plans and key messaging for largescale organizational transformations.
  • Lead change management efforts mentor team members and support leadership in executing change initiatives.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to provide communications coaching and strategy development.
  • Support the implementation or updates of SAP and healthcarerelated systems such as Allscripts and Lab Orders integrations across acute care facilities.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Certification in Organizational Change Management (valid proof required).
  • PRINCE2 Foundation level or higher certification (valid proof required).

Preferred Education:

  • Degree diploma or certificate in Business Administration Management or Public Administration (documentation required).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10 years of experience as an Organizational Change Management Specialist including stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments.
  • 10 years of experience developing communications strategies and key messaging for largescale changes (preferably in healthcare settings).
  • 5 years in a leadership role including mentoring OCM and communications teams.
  • 5 years working as a communications lead advising senior leadership on strategy and communications.
  • 2 years of experience implementing or updating SAP at an organizationwide level.
  • 1 year of experience supporting OCM initiatives for Allscripts suite of products in a clinical environment.
  • 1 year of experience leading OCM for Lab Orders integrations across acute care facilities.
