Job Opportunity: Manager – Data Management Analytics & MIS (Inside Sales) Gurgaon
We are hiring for a Manager – Data Management Analytics & MIS for our client a leading organization with a strong focus on inside sales data analytics and business intelligence. This role requires expertise in MIS reporting sales data analysis CRM management and BI tools to drive datadriven decisionmaking.
Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid/Onsite)
Experience: 5 years in Sales Analytics Data Management CRM Reporting
Industry Preference: BFSI FinTech SaaS Telecom Ecommerce or any Inside Salesdriven environment
Key Responsibilities:
Collect clean & manage structured sales data from CRM & databases
Automate MIS reports dashboards & sales performance scorecards
Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI Tableau or Excel
Analyze sales conversion rates pipeline generation & marketing ROI
Optimize CRM workflows MS Dynamics 365 Salesforce Zoho HubSpot
Automate repetitive data processes using scripts macros AI tools
Work with inside sales & marketing teams to align data strategies
Key Skills Required:
Excel (VBA Pivot Tables Macros)
Power BI Tableau SQL (Preferred: R Python)
CRM Tools – MS Dynamics 365 Salesforce HubSpot Zoho
Inside Sales Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
