team. The Enterprise Sales Manager for CPaaS is responsible for driving the growth of the company s CPaaS solutions by targeting enterprise clients. The role focuses on building relationships with decisionmakers understanding their communication needs and delivering tailored solutions that
leverage the company s CPaaS platform for Messaging Voice Email WhatsApp and other communication channels.
This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of CPaaS solutions helping enterprises transform their communication strategies while delivering measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the enterprise segment.
Identify and prioritize highvalue prospects within industries such as retail healthcare finance and technology.
Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for CPaaS adoption.
Customer Acquisition and Development:
Identify enterprise clients with communication needs suitable for CPaaS solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including Clevel executives IT leaders and procurement teams.
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations showcasing the value of CPaaS solutions.
Solution Selling:
Work closely with enterprise customers to understand their communication workflows pain points and goals.
Propose customized CPaaS solutions including APIs for SMS Voice Email WhatsApp etc. tailored to the client s business needs.
Provide consultative guidance on how CPaaS can enhance customer engagement operational efficiency and scalability.
Collaboration and CrossFunctional Engagement:
Partner with product engineering and marketing teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and solution delivery.
Provide feedback to internal teams to improve CPaaS offerings and address market demands.
Coordinate with customer success and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
Reporting and Compliance:
Maintain accurate and uptodate sales forecasts pipeline reports and customer records using CRM tools.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Telecommunications or a related field.
Advanced degrees (MBA or equivalent) are a plus.
Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience with at least 2 years in CPaaS SaaS or related technology fields.
Proven success in selling APIs or platformbased communication solutions to enterprise clients.
Indepth understanding of CPaaS technologies including messaging voice email and OTT communication APIs.
Strong consultative selling negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce HubSpot or similar CRMs
