Job Description
The Art Guys is a division of Anthony CE and a premier art management company in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. We are looking for an art coordinator to help us streamline the art management process. This position will work very closely with our restoration partner Markt Ludwig Art Studios
In this fulltime role based in Carrollton you will be the heart of the company ensuring seamless communication across departments managing critical operational tasks. Key Responsibilities:
As an Art Coordinator you will play a crucial role in managing the entire lifecycle of art restoration projects. Your work will keep the operations running smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple art restoration jobs ensuring all projects stay on track
- Utilize our CRM software to document job activities and maintain accurate records
- Manage internal and external communications setting clear expectations on project deliverables
- Provide weekly project summaries to the management team
- Creating and reviewing job estimates and invoices with a keen eye for accuracy
- Track and procure necessary supplies and materials
- Monitor and update estimates and invoices through accounting software
- Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support company operations
Skills Required
- To succeed in this role you should be an enthusiastic and proactive individual with excellent administrative and communication skills. We are looking for someone who is both detailoriented and adaptable. You should have:
- A bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferably in business or fine arts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid multitasking and prioritization skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in art restoration or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills building trust with clients through clear written and verbal correspondence
As a Unified Restorations employee you will be expected to:

- Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
- Have a valid drivers license
- Pass a background check and drug test
Compensation
The pay range is $18 to $23 per hour depending on relevant experience
