- Contract Management & Compliance Draft review and negotiate contracts for engine overhauls repairs and LLP/LRU agreements while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Manage vendor relationships negotiate pricing and service terms and collaborate with internal teams to align maintenance needs with operational requirements.
- Cost Analysis & Budgeting Monitor and analyze engine and LRU costs forecast budgets and optimize expenditures based on usage trends and overhaul schedules.
- Planning & Forecasting Develop maintenance plans forecast engine and LRU removal schedules track shop visits and ensure timely availability of spare parts to prevent operational disruptions.
- Technical Oversight & Reporting Coordinate with CAMO and Power Plant teams for engine performance monitoring approve repair processes and provide management with utilization reports and cost analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in aviation management or Procurement.
An additional bachelor s degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
Certifications or courses in Aviation Management Contract Law are an added advantage.
3 5 years of experience in the aviation industry focusing on aircraft engine management maintenance planning technical services and contract drafting.
Strong understanding of aircraft engine cost analysis TBO (Time Between Overhaul) calculations and LRU (Line Replaceable Unit) maintenance strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis tools forecasting Excel and planning software.
Proven expertise in contract negotiations and vendor management within aviation or a related technical field.
Knowledge of aviation regulations including safety standards and compliance requirements.
