Manage event budgets ensuring a strong PnL focus to deliver costeffective and highquality events.

Build and maintain a roster of toptier vendors including event management companies decor experts musicians artists and performers.

Negotiate with vendors to ensure optimized costs without compromising the quality of execution.

Event Quality & Brand Representation:

Deliver events that represent brand values maintaining topnotch quality in every aspect from execution to guest experience.

Sponsorships BuyIns & Partnerships:

Secure sponsorships and buyins from partner brands to support event initiatives.

Collaborate with venues and other partners to ensure smooth and successful events.

CrossTeam Collaboration:

Work closely with business teams across brands to align event objectives with overall business goals.

Ensure seamless coordination with internal stakeholders to deliver successful events and memorable experiences for partner brands.
