We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our organization you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for visitors and managing daily administrative tasks.
- Greet and direct visitors ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls emails and other communications
- Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform various administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications :
- Saudi nationality required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer serviceoriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of Saudi business etiquette and cultural norms
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
