The Sales Affiliation Assistant is responsible for providing a smooth flow in processing the affiliation of the Inhouse sellers and crediting of the Brokers both for FAI and FAI Managed projects.
Function 1:
- Ensure that the training passers who completed the requirements will be contracted on time.
- Affiliate the Marketing Partner and Sales Referrer.
- Process the Broker Accreditation of those who completed the Brokers Orientation Program (BOP).
- Collect and screen sellers affiliation requirements management of sellers contracts and bank endorsement.
- Encode accurate information in the RAAS (basic Info School work experience etc.) including the applicant evaluation for the training passers
- Participating in the First Official Day Training to facilitate the Contract Signing of Newly Hired Sellers.
- Generate New Contract and Renewal in RAAS Contract Cancellation
- Monitor and maintain a database for newly hired sellers
- Secure sellers 201 files

- Payroll Endorsement of Newly Hired Sellers
- Maintenance and Updating of Sellers Master Data
