Job Description: Directory Platforms Operator (German)
Location: Braga Portugal
Position Type: Fulltime (Monday to Friday 07:00 AM 04:00 PM Rotational Shifts)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

What Youll Do:
- Manage Directory Platforms: Oversee the operation of directory platforms ensuring they are functional accurate and uptodate.
- Platform Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance and functionality of directory platforms identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
- Customer Support: Provide support to internal teams and customers assisting with platformrelated queries and troubleshooting.
- Optimize Processes: Work on enhancing operational workflows ensuring the smooth and efficient running of directory systems.
- Reporting & Feedback: Track system performance and prepare reports on platform usage identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to improve platform features and address operational challenges.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in German (C1) and English: Excellent communication skills in both German and English for clear interaction with users and internal teams.
- Experience with Platform Operations: Familiarity with working on digital platforms monitoring systems or similar operational roles is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to carefully monitor platform performance identifying and correcting issues quickly.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and develop efficient solutions.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a rotational shift pattern and adjusting to changing demands.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and share knowledge with team members to improve overall operations.
