performance and availability of our IT services and systems.
Acting as a bridge between different service teams providers and business units facilitating
communication and collaboration to ensure timely and effective solutions.
Monitoring and reporting on the progress and outcomes of initiatives providing feedback and
recommendations for improvement of the different DEM onboarded services.
Performing ongoing thorough analysis of issues and pain points leveraging data to gain insights on
correlations root causes and impacts.
Analyzing daytoday data to identify patterns that can prevent enduser issues aiming to become
proactive IT.
Collaborating with service teams and automation tooling experts to drive efforts that enhance service
quality through automation initiatives like proactive alerts anomaly detection and resolution.
Collecting understanding and utilizing data to improve the user experience.
Overseeing and managing all daytoday IT operations and applications of IT systems within the
onboarded DEM services.
Leveraging data into actionable insights for automation.
Creating reports in Power BI and other data tools.
