Membership Advisor Sale Consultant
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary:27000 plus bonus

Anytime Fitness Leamington Spa will be the premier gym within the area aiming to offer virtually all aspects of health and fitness to its customers.

Anytime Fitness Leamington Spa is an independently owned business operating under the Anytime Fitness franchise and brand. The owners are seeking the right team to operate a successful club where employees and members feel secure confident and happy in achieving their goals.
You must be a naturally proactive and selfmotivated individual who can generate new leads and reach and go beyond aggressive sales targets. You must be confident and outgoing and feel equally comfortable whether on the phone in front of a computer or facing sales prospects face to face. You will be one of the public faces of the club bringing prospects in selling them the club as a facility and ultimately signing them up as members. A passion for health and fitness is essential and a Level 3 personal trainer qualification is desirable.
The club is a 24/7 operation and you will be expected to work a flexible hours week which may include shift patterns and some weekend work. You will report to the club manager and the salary will be supplemented by a target driven bonus.
What will you be doing
As a Membership Sales Consultant you will be reaching out to a variety of people working within a team of professional forward thinking likeminded people with a passion for health and fitness. You will be set daily weekly and monthly targets and have the opportunity to make a difference to the lives of others!
We are looking for strong communicators; highly adaptable with a hunger to succeed and have FUN! You will be a highenergy selfstarter with a great personality naturally salesfocused and target driven with a friendly positive outgoing personality who genuinely cares about helping others. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- You will have the ability to drive the superb Anytime Fitness culture within the club and exhibit it out in the local area to all of our prospective members
- You will have a proven track record in working within a high quality sales environment ideally from within the Health/Leisure Industry but experience in any commercial business sector will be considered.
- Our perfect candidate will enjoy working both within and outside of the club environment. They will have a friendly outgoing personality and genuinely care about helping others.
- Commitment to good housekeeping standards; helping to ensure the gym and offices are kept tidy and presentable to all prospective members and guests
Required Experience
- Gym Membership Sales or Sales Experience: 1 year
- Level 3 Personal Training (desirable)
