About the Role
We are seeking Senior Platform Engineer / DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in designing building and maintaining our cloud infrastructure ensuring scalability security and high availability of our platforms.

As part of our Platform Engineering team you will collaborate with software engineers security teams and product teams to enable seamless deployments automation and reliability best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform or Pulumi.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Build and manage deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions GitLab CI Jenkins or ArgoCD.
• Cloud Management (Optional): Deploy and maintain cloud services on AWS / GCP / Azure with a focus on security scalability and cost optimization.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Develop and manage OpenShift stacks Kubernetes clusters Docker containers and Helm charts.
• Monitoring & Observability: Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using Prometheus Grafana and ElasticSearch.
• Automation & Scripting: Automate infrastructure provisioning deployments and operational tasks using Bash Python Go and Groovy.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices including IAM policies network security and compliance automation.
• Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Respond to and mitigate production incidents conducting postmortems and improving system reliability.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and midlevel engineers.
• Architecture & Design: Design scalable and resilient platform architectures aligned with business needs.
• Performance Optimization: Improve system performance reliability and efficiency through proactive optimization.
• Tooling & Process Improvement: Evaluate and introduce new DevOps tools methodologies and best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering security and leadership teams to align platform goals with business objectives.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in DevOps SRE or Platform Engineering.
• Deep expertise in cloud architecture & automation (AWS GCP or Azure).
• Strong experience leading highly available scalable and secure cloud infrastructure designs.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes internals operators service meshes and multicluster management.
• Strong knowledge of networking security and compliance in cloud environments.
• Experience in designing and implementing observability and incident response frameworks.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior engineers while advocating best practices.
• Experience in cost optimization and FinOps strategies for cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with serverless architectures (Lambda Cloud Functions etc.).
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio Linkerd Consul).
• Experience with policy as code (OPA Kyverno HashiCorp Sentinel).
• Familiarity with database scaling strategies for PostgreSQL MySQL or NoSQL solutions.
