Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering majors.
- Minimum 78 years of relevant experience specifically in a fastmoving startup environment.
- Timely delivery of key milestones (Product and engineering Roadmap Enterprise deliveries) with high quality.
- Build and reinforce processes to ensure Velocity & Quality of Engineering output.
- Lead mentor and manage the engineering team to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering team ensuring high performance and exceptional results.
- Oversee the execution of the product roadmap and customer deliveries ensuring timely completion with high quality.
- Develop and implement robust engineering practices and processes to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Advisors Leadership and Middle Management to align engineering strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure the timely delivery of key milestones including product roadmap and enterprise deliveries.
- Establish and reinforce processes to maintain and improve engineering velocity and quality.
- Focus on career development mentorship and retention of existing technical resources.
- Strategically grow the engineering team to support future product development needs.
