Job Description
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us.
As our Senior Digital Solution Specialist your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyze current business conditions processes procedures and future opportunities to identify the pain points and needs for digital solutions to speed up the business growth.
- Manage the development and implementation of digital solutions via coordinating departments or crossfunctional teams to make sure the delivery of digital solutions.
- Overseeing the process from the start of the projects to final delivery including planning scheduling and monitoring budgets/expenses to ensure smooth project completion.
- Managing the training maintenance and upgrading of digital solutions according to rolling business needs.
- Support superior on overall digital landscape and digital strategy design with e.g. proposing implementation priorities in midterm & longterm.
- IT coding capability is preferred.
- Other IT tasks assigned by superior.
Qualifications :
We deliver digital solutions that connect the departments in sales organization and manufacturing organization. To fulfil the needs of this role you will need to display:
- Bachelor degree above studied in data science information architecture digital media or business management
- At least 35 years experience in data analytical skills and business analysis
- Familiar with IT trend and very good at using IT tools
- Sales/marketing field working experience preferred
- Fast understanding about business needs and challenges and apply creative and logical approach identity digital solutions
- Ability to work independently under fast paced complex environment
- Good team player with proactive attitude and customeroriented mindset
- Be a strategic thinker and problem solver with strong interpersonal skills on excellent communication and collaboration
- Willingness to learn new knowledge high adaptability
- Good presentation skills and proficient in English language both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel
