Job Description

This entrylevel role is designed for a fresh graduate with a strong interest in human resources providing an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in a dynamic and fastpaced environment. You will assist in a variety of HR activities in the global landscape including talent management employee relations organizational development report generation and directly supporting the Global HR Business Partners. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support HR Business Partners: 

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to Global HR Business Partners in their daytoday activities. 

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for business reviews and strategic meetings. 

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee needs and support the implementation of HR strategies. 

  • Data Management & Report Generation: 

  • Maintain accurate HR records and update employee databases. 

  • Generate and analyze HR reports such as employee turnover headcount and performance metrics to support datadriven decisionmaking. 

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Global HR Business Partners 

  • Support HR Initiatives: Assist in the execution of Global HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals across various global locations. 

  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in tracking data and supporting the hiring process.  

  • Performance Management: Assist in coordinating executing and managing data of the global performance management cycles promotion cycles and talent reviews.  

  • HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives providing support as needed to ensure successful execution. 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field. 

  • No prior experience required; internships or relevant coursework in HR are a plus. 

Skills: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel for report generation and data analysis. 

  • High level of confidentiality and ethical standards. 

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced global environment.
