You will assist in a variety of HR activities in the global landscape including talent management employee relations organizational development report generation and directly supporting the Global HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR Business Partners:
Provide administrative and logistical support to Global HR Business Partners in their daytoday activities.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for business reviews and strategic meetings.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee needs and support the implementation of HR strategies.
Data Management & Report Generation:
Maintain accurate HR records and update employee databases.
Generate and analyze HR reports such as employee turnover headcount and performance metrics to support datadriven decisionmaking.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Global HR Business Partners
Support HR Initiatives: Assist in the execution of Global HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals across various global locations.
Talent Acquisition: Assist in tracking data and supporting the hiring process.
Performance Management: Assist in coordinating executing and managing data of the global performance management cycles promotion cycles and talent reviews.
HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives providing support as needed to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
No prior experience required; internships or relevant coursework in HR are a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel for report generation and data analysis.
High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced global environment.
