What youll be doing:
Be the voice of the brand assist customers via inbound calls and mainly live chat email & social media
Solve customer inquiries and provide toptier support
Work closely with a dynamic international team
Ensure a seamless experience for our customers
What were looking for:
Fluent in German (written & verbal)
Good English skills (written & verbal)
Great communication & problemsolving skills
Interest in sports is a plus! High school education
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
Proficiency in MS Office and good typing skills
