Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Identify potential business opportunities in B2B and B2C courier services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve revenue targets and performance goals.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and service agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports forecasts and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field.
- 5 years of sales experience in the courier logistics or transportation industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of courier/logistics industry pricing trends and customer needs.
