Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand the client base for one of the biggest companies in the courier and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies building strong client relationships and maximising revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Identify potential business opportunities in B2B and B2C courier services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve revenue targets and performance goals.
  • Negotiate contracts pricing and service agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports forecasts and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field.
  • 5 years of sales experience in the courier logistics or transportation industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of courier/logistics industry pricing trends and customer needs.
  • Ability to develop and maintain key client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
