The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads converting prospects and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills strong negotiation abilities and a customercentric approach.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking cold calling and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Present promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and contracts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and followups.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to expand business reach.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs challenges and competitive activities.
Bachelor s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) from any tertiary institution
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales business development or a related field.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends is an added advantage.
Candidate should not be above 26 years of age.
