Job Description: Sales Manager

Location: Vashi Mumbai (with travel to Bangalore Delhi Hyderabad and Ahmedabad)
Reporting To: National Sales Head
Industry: Consumer Electronics Home Automation B2B Sales

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen relationships with key partners. The role will be based in Vashi and will involve regular visits to dealers system integrators custom installers and sales channels. Additionally under the guidance of the National Sales Head the Sales Manager will travel to Bangalore Delhi Hyderabad and Ahmedabad to engage with business partners and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers system integrators and custom installers to drive sales and ensure business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the sales network within assigned territories.
  • Execute sales strategies and initiatives set by the National Sales Head to achieve revenue targets.
  • Regularly visit and engage with business partners in Bangalore Delhi Hyderabad and Ahmedabad to strengthen collaborations and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct product presentations sales meetings and training sessions for partners and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product and operations) to ensure seamless execution of sales objectives.
  • Provide regular sales reports forecasts and performance updates to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 46 years in B2B sales dealer management or system integration sales (industryspecific experience preferred).
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and drive sales growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
  • Selfmotivated targetoriented and capable of working independently.
