Job Description
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
- Actuarial Expertise: A qualified actuary with experience in actuarial modeling advisory and consulting.
- WTW RAFM Experience: Handson experience working with WTW RAFM actuarial modeling software.
- Actuarial Functions: Strong experience in core actuarial functions including Pricing Valuation Reporting and Actuarial Modeling for Life & Pensions insurance.
- Industry Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the insurance business and local regulations specifically in the Netherlands or broader European market.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in using Excel for actuarial modeling and data analysis.
- Advisory Skills: Ability to serve as an advisor to actuarial team members managers and senior business leadership.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with CXOlevel business leaders.
- Collaboration: Experience in working with multifunctional teams including IT Sales Marketing and other nonactuarial teams.
