Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design plan and implement visually appealing and functional displays using Homzmart furniture and accessories to showcase products effectively.
Manage and plan ahead endtoend process of showrooms facelifts based on seasonal trends promotions and new product arrivals.
Ensure all displays meet Homzmarts standards for quality layout and overall design integrity.
Apply interior design knowledge to create inspiring spaces that encourage customers to envision products in their homes.
Create a planogram for stores to follow across various campaigns to ensure consistency.
Train and mentor store staff on the principles of visual merchandising guiding them in product arrangement display setup and store presentation techniques.
Develop training materials demonstrations and workshops to empower team members to maintain high standards of visual presentation.
Work closely with inventory management teams to ensure that products used in displays are available online and commercially supports stores achieve their targets.
Enhance customer engagement by creating displays that resonate with the target audience and encourage sales.
Monitor customer reactions and adjust displays based on customer preferences and seasonal trends.
Provide input on store layout and design changes based on feedback from staff and customers.
Monitor the effectiveness of visual displays and adjust strategies based on sales data customer feedback and market trends.
Report on the performance of visual merchandising initiatives and suggest areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 35 years) as a Visual Merchandising Manager interior designer or in a similar role preferably in retail or furniture industry.
Strong understanding of interior design principles color theory spatial planning and furniture styling.
Experience in designing and executing largescale visual displays in multiple locations.
Proficiency in design software (e.g. AutoCAD) or similar.
Strong knowledge of retail trends consumer behavior and market dynamics.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
