Financial Controlling: Managing and further development of the Real Estate financial controlling system including investments facilities and direct costs. Handling SAP and other internal reports budget planning monitoring orders invoices and cash flow overseeing yearend closings and accruals. Maintenance and continuous improvement of controlling processes and tools introducing and developing process automation and Power BI solutions.
Real Estate Management Support: Maintaining the lease database verifying real estaterelated invoices and liaising with landlords regarding financial and contractual matters. Supporting property cost evaluations and contract negotiations.
Digitalization: Actively looking for cost and process optimization possibilities piloting and introducing digital stateoftheart IT solutions becoming a driving force in the digital transformation of global real estate business area in Budapest and in Hungary
Regional responsibilities: Actively supporting the countrywide collaboration in real estate controlling tasks and processes. Building professional network on regional and global level to acquire regional controlling responsibilities for Hungary.
Qualifications :
Education and Professional Experience:
- A higher education degree in economics finance or engineering
- At least 35 years of experience in financial controlling real estate management or a related field
Financial and Controlling Knowledge:
- Familiarity with SAP and other financial systems
- Experience in managing financial reports budgets and cash flows
- Practical knowledge of yearend closings and accruals
Data Analysis and Digital Skills:
- Knowledge of Power BI is required experience with other data visualization tools is an advantage
- Experience with automated reporting and data management is a plus
Real Estate Management and Contract Handling:
- Experience in managing real estate lease agreements
- Proficiency in property cost analysis and optimization
Other Skills:
- Strong command of English both spoken and written
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a call for innovation
- Strong communication skills
- Independent structured working style with a proactive mindset
