As Manager Digital Content and Governance you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence ensuring our website content is aligned and optimised to support the Airlines broader channel content and digital KPIs. You will be supervising a team of Digital Producers helping to manage stakeholder conversations mentoring and providing advice on content recommendations and ensuring our digital content best practices and ways of working are followed.
Working alongside your manager SMEs (e.g SEO and Accessibility) Digital Product teams and Platform team youll also help roll out the strategic roadmap for the new CMS platform for qantas.com providing support for our end users encouraging adoption of the new tools and workflows and ensuring documentation is ready to support new feature releases.
