These are our current challenges and future goals:
As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Glow25 you will bridge the gap between data engineering and analytics. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable welldocumented data models ensuring data reliability and enabling selfservice analytics across the company. Working closely with analysts data engineers and business teams you will play a key role in shaping the BI landscape from the ground up.
This is where we need your support:
- You build and maintain scalable data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
- You develop data products improve data discoverability and empower business users with curated datasets.
- You ensure data quality through testing frameworks validation processes and documentation.
- You design performant ELT processes and scalable data architectures.
- You monitor data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
- You partner with analysts and business teams to translate requirements into efficient data models that drive insights.
You have the following experience:
- You have at least 3 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer with some knowledge of Data Engineering or a strong willingness to learn. A generalist mindset is key as youll be involved in a variety of tasks.
- Your expertise includes strong SQL skills and handson experience with data transformation tools such as dbt.
- You worked with cloud data platforms like BigQuery Snowflake or Redshift and its a part of your daily routine.
- You have a deep understanding of data modeling concepts and know how to structure datasets efficiently.
- You possess knowledge in data governance testing and data quality assurance including dbt tests and metadata management.
- You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and support them with data solutions.
- You have experience with BI tools such as Looker Tableau or similar.
- You are familiar with orchestration tools like Airflow Dagster or similar.
