Job Description:
What you will do:
- We are seeking a temporary Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing our delivery centre operations through insightful reporting and effective workload capacity analysis.
- The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive delivery centre reports analyzing workload capacity and driving performance improvements through collaboration with stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Main activities:
Data Collection and Reporting:
- Gather analyze and interpret data from various sources to create detailed delivery centre & supplier reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to provide realtime insights into key metrics.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain the accuracy and reliability of data.
Workload Capacity Analysis:
- Conduct thorough workload capacity analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation and staffing levels.
- Identify trends and patterns in delivery centre activity to forecast future workload demands.
Performance Metrics:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supplier adherence to contract.
- Develop and enhance metrics to monitor supplier performance and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review supplier metrics
Root Cause Analysis:
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues affecting supplier performance.
- Develop and present recommendations to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on the use of reporting tools and interpretation of data.
- Assist in the development of training materials documentation and metrics definitions.
Technology Utilization:
- Leverage advanced analytics tools and software to enhance reporting capabilities and data analysis.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve reporting processes.
Ad Hoc Analysis:
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by stakeholders to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive an optimal operation with successful supplier relationships and customer satisfaction.

- When you work with us youll be part of a dynamic team who enables effective delivery across Commerce Operations.
- We partner across Commerce Operations to work with stakeholders on vendor topics for our case and eventbased businesses.
- You will sit with part of the team also responsible for commercials budgeting & SOW management.

- You are a highly motivated selfstarter who is passionate about what you do and able to work independently.
- You have strengths in communications and are highly collaborative with the ability to partner with Client teams as well as subject matter experts.
- You take initiative to drive tasks to meet your own and team deliverable deadlines with strong troubleshooting problem solving analytical skills.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Statistics Data Science or related field.
- Proven experience in a business analyst role preferably within a delivery or contact centre environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL and BI software (e.g. Tableau Thoughtspot Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
