Job Description
- Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors to ensure the best value for the company.
- Project Management: Oversee the procurement process for capital projects ensuring timely delivery and installation of equipment.
- Cost Management: Develop and implement costsaving strategies while maintaining quality standards.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Supplier Management: Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality delivery or cost.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities contracts and supplier performance.
- Machine requirement: Collect the machine requirement from respective department user and prepare the freeze technical sheet for order finalization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering finance and operations teams to understand their requirements and provide procurement support.
