Job Description

Our Restaurant Development team lies at the heart of Wolt ensuring all our existing restaurant partners and Wolts success in Sweden. As Wolt grows both in scale and scope of offering the strength of our account management engine must grow with it.

As a Restaurant development team member you will master the core functions of Account Management including developing strong relationships with our merchants answering partners queries and identifying new growth opportunities among existing restaurant partners. You will interact with a varied portfolio of merchants making sure their experience is seamless and they are set up for success!

Responsibilities & duties

  • Driving and managing growth of our current venues by improving venue performance through strong portfolio analysis and active account management.

  • Building longterm restaurant relationships postonboarding and being the key communicator between our operations and restaurant partners.

  • Using data to help optimize venue performance by improving key metrics such as growth ad spend AVT and service score.

  • Applying an effective restaurant tiering strategy to maximize the impact of account management activities across the restaurant portfolio.

  • Perform frequent quality and satisfaction checks to ensure service standards.

  • Conducting renegotiations with venues to drive profitability.

  • Working closely together with the marketing team to plan and execute different campaigns together with restaurant partners.

  • Implement/sell in new product within the Wolt portfolio to your venues

  • Work crossfunctionally with sales and onboarding team to secure successful launches of new venues

  • Be part of developing the role to grow the function at the high pace that the company is evolving


Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years experience in a Account Manager or a similar sales/service oriented role

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.

  • Strong commercial sense with the ability to drive growth and profitability

  • Strong analytical skills and experience from using BI systems and excel to make data driven decisions.

  • Structured detailed and serviceoriented.

  • Passion for food and developing the best restaurant offers in the city.

  • Experience from working with a CRM system is a plus.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
