Job Description

Position Title: HR Talent Manager Logistics

Location: Nairobi

With decades of expertise the company specializes in multimodal transport port logistics and supply chain management ensuring seamless operations for businesses worldwide. Committed to innovation and sustainability they drive economic growth by offering tailored logistics solutions that enhance efficiency and connectivity.

They are seeking an experienced HR Talent Manager to oversee Talent Management and Learning & Development across East African Regional Economic Group Countries. The role involves building strong talent pipelines developing leaders supporting highperforming employees and ensuring the successful execution of training and development initiatives.

Duties:
Develop and manage leadership and highpotential employee programs.
Design and oversee coaching and training for key staff.
Create and implement talent and development strategies based on industry trends.
Foster a highperformance culture with strong employee engagement.
Drive leadership development career paths and learning programs.
Implement talent initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
Strengthen employee retention through a strong value proposition.
Build and manage talent pipelines for succession planning.
Ensure smooth onboarding induction and deployment of new hires.
Develop innovative learning programs with effective monitoring.
Align talent development with Diversity Equity and Inclusion goals.
Promote a culture of selflearning using digital platforms.
Manage external partnerships with universities and recruitment partners.
Plan and execute annual learning and development programs.

Requirements

Requirements:
Master s degree in Human Resources Industrial Psychology or a related field.
Must have extensive experience in Talent Management within a multinational logistics or FMCG industry
6 years in HR with a focus on talent acquisition assessment performance management and leadership development.
Expertise in coaching mentoring project & vendor management and strategic problemsolving.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
