Job Description
- Must be curious communicative connect with people and do their homework on the client Need to be positive and understand corporate culture. Solution focused not problem focused.
- Responsible for endtoend project management of marketing initiatives and deliverables. Responsible for developing implementing and monitoring project plans and timelines partnering with Marketing POs to enable strategic development through the discovery process and translates strategy into actionable steps for creative development.
- Builds and maintains effective relationships. Manages team dynamics by leading coaching and enabling crossfunctional marketing teams through discovery creative development and delivery.
- Actively identifies manages and mitigates project impediments and risks for the respective marketing portfolio. Exercises exceptional conceptual thinking to move forward without having all the details. Communicates solutions and gains buyin when necessary.
- Responsible for coordinating and facilitating meetings throughout the discovery and development process supporting effective information exchange between internal and external stakeholders. Documents and communicates meeting outcomes and action items.
- Partners with PMO on process and model improvements resourcing discussions and acts as a change agent for the implementation of marketing tools processes and operating models.
- Working with various product owners to understand deliverables and where they are in the process.
- Mitigate project risk and Find out why things are not up to timeline.
- Understanding of marketing will be a huge plus.

Requirements
- Experience with Workfront Project Management Tool
- Financial Industry Experience
- Marketing Experience (any marketing)
- 35 years of experience.
- PMP (Nice to Have)
- Masters Degree (Nice to Have)
