About Us
Our school in Worcester is dedicated to developing the next generation of business leaders. Were looking for a motivated and experienced Business Teacher to join our team and teach students across Key Stages 4 and 5. With a focus on practical realworld skills and academic excellence youll help prepare students for success in both their exams and future careers.
What Youll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging lessons in Business Studies that inspire students to think critically and develop key business skills.
- Helping students understand the fundamentals of business theory economics and enterprise.
- Preparing students for success in their GCSE and ALevel exams encouraging independent thinking and problemsolving.
- Supporting students personal and professional growth through mentorship and guidance.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop an innovative and forwardthinking curriculum.

What We Need From You
- A degree in Business Economics or a related subject.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5.
- A passion for business and a drive to inspire students to succeed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students in the subject matter.
- Experience with modern teaching tools and methods.
