We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Lead .NET Full Stack Engineer to join our development team. In this leadership role you will be responsible for driving the architecture design and development of both frontend and backend solutions for web applications. As a Lead Engineer you will play a key role in shaping the technology strategy and leading the development process from concept to deployment in applicant tracking systems for the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex scalable and highperformance web applications using the .NET stack including .NET Core (API Entity Framework Azure services).
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle from planning and architecture to implementation and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers business stakeholders and design teams to define technical requirements and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Drive the development of both .NET Core (API Entity Framework Azure services) and React (v18) with TypeScript for typesafe development.
- Lead code reviews enforce best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and midlevel developers helping them improve their skills and grow within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem including .NET Core (API Entity Framework Azure services)
- Extensive experience with frontend technologies (HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks like React).
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development expertise in building RESTful APIs (ASP.NET Core Swagger gRPC) and consuming APIs in React.
- Indepth experience with database design optimization and management: strong skills in Entity Framework Core for SQL Server and MongoDB for NoSQL solutions Redux React Context and InversifyJS (for dependency injection).
- Experience leading teams or mentoring engineers fostering a collaborative and growthoriented work environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS S3 RabbitMQ Azure Blob Storage and Azure Service Bus.
- Handson experience with unit testing (Jest xUnit) CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions Husky) and automation.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
