About the Role:
The Corporate and Partnerships Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners to drive strategic collaborations and mutual growth opportunities. This role focuses on identifying engaging and nurturing partnerships that align with the organization's goals and values. The Corporate and Partnerships Engagement Manager plays a crucial role in expanding the organization's network enhancing its brand reputation and fostering longterm sustainable partnerships. Additionally this position will oversee membership offerings recruitment engagement retention strategies and track the performance of collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design oversee and execute membership offerings as well as recruitment engagement and retention strategies.
- Monitor and report on membership and partner performance assessing the impact of collaborations with established metrics and KPIs.
- Build and nurture relationships with members understanding their participation goals and creating related initiatives (e.g. annual surveys member portals).
- Manage the development and support of memberdriven activities special projects and events.
- Collaborate with relevant committees and memberled groups to ensure the latest resources and information are shared.
- Work with the marketing and communications team to create and update materials focused on membership communication.
- Foster partnerships to enhance supplier recruitment collaborating with the supplier team.
- Review validate and process supplier certifications and recertifications to achieve organizational objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong longterm relationships with corporate partners promoting shared growth and collaboration.
- Represent the organization at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in managing teams (preferably in the notforprofit sector).
- Proven experience in corporate partnership management business development or related roles.
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions and foster winwin partnerships.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify partnership opportunities aligned with organizational objectives.
- Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze partnership performance data and identify improvement areas.
- Familiarity with corporate social responsibility and sustainability practices is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and other project management tools.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fastpaced customerfocused environment that continues to grow.
