Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and goaloriented Admission Counsellors (Telecallers) to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process addressing their queries and achieving enrollment targets. Candidates with a background in the EdTech or Education sector are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls (100150 per day) to prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
- Counsel and convert leads into enrollments for various educational programs.
- Maintain clear and effective communication in Hindi (mandatory) with Marathi/Gujarati as a preferred advantage.
- Ensure daily achievement of calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain records and update the CRM system using an Android phone.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall team goals.
- Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about courses fees and admission procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Gradution or 12th Pass
- Experience: 11.5 years of stability in an EdTech company or education institute.
- Language Proficiency:
- Hindi: Clear and fluent (Mandatory).
- English: Average communication skills.
- Marathi/Gujarati speakers preferred.
- Technical Requirements:
- Must have a stable internet connection (No compensation provided for internet costs).
- An Android phone is required for CRM access.
Work Details:
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM.
- Working Days: 6 days a week.
