- Monitoring internal and external visits and coordinating them with respective departments or hosts.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Supervising facility service providers (cleaning service maintenance and repairs etc.).
- Maintaining office space and equipment in good condition.
- Updating administrative records of visits and other office related events.
- Preparing weekly activity reports.
- Managing internal communication pages.
- Controlling and executing officerelated purchase.
- Maintaining proper stock levels of required supplies.
- Overseeing construction projects furniture inventory and maintenance.
- Assisting with events preparation.
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of experience on similar position.
- Excellent command of English.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a proactive approach to daily tasks.Processoriented high sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- At least secondary education level.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid knowledge of MS Office suite.
