Your contribution to something big:

• Contribution towards development of the S/4 global Home Comfort factory template.
   
• Support shaping and defining the future factory template processes.
   
• Perform gap analysis of current processes in different Home Comfort plants together with PCM (Process Chain Manager) / GPO (Global Process Owner).
   
• Cross functional alignments to ensure the endtoend process harmonization in collaboration with PCM (Process Chain Manager) / GPO (Global Process Owner).
   
• Strong collaboration within user departments / Business Digitalization Office (BDO) network.
   
• Collaboration with PCM (Process Chain Manager) GPO (Global Process Owner) PIC (Process Integration Consultant) PEX (Process Expert) in CPT (Consumer Product Trade) table work preparation.
   
• Ensuring endtoend process documentation on L3/L4 in the relevant systems (e.g. Signavio turtle etc) together with PCM (Process Chain Manager) /GPO (Global Process Owner).
   
• Support creation of initial training documentation based on the template processes.
   
• Ensuring the Rollout preparation of factory template at their origin locations.
   
• Contribution to further plant roll outs.
   
• BPM (Business Process Management) responsibilities for factory template and factory related sales template.
   
• Implementing of BPM Collaboration Model @ locations (e.g. LPO (Local Process Owner) GPO (Global Process Owner) working model).

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you: 

• Education:
  • Degree in Business Administration Engineering Supply Chain IT or a related field.
     
• Experience:
  • Experienced in one or multiple factoryrelated functions such as Manufacturing Logistics (Warehouse/Planning/Intralogistics) Quality Engineering (PDM MDM) Purchasing or/and Sales.
  • Prior experience in concept creation particularly in endtoend processes.
  • Preferably an experienced Key User in SAP projects.
     
• Knowhow:
  • Strong understanding of factory operations supply chain processes and global process standardization.
  • Proficiency with SAP Signavio and BPM (Business Process Management) tools for process documentation and analysis.
     
• Languages:
  • Proficient in English and Portuguese both written and spoken.
     
• Working Style & Methods:
  • Analytical and targetoriented approach focused on delivering results.
  • Ability to work in international teams ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Comfortable with frequent international travel as needed.
     
• Personality:
  • Openminded able to embrace diverse perspectives and adapt to different cultures.
