About the Job
- Responsible for daily cash transaction and report daily cash balance in the safe.
- Handle all issues related to the visa payment with the bank and follow up the Pending Transactions
- Track the loans maturity and facility utilization & monitoring monthly bank interest rate on a monthly basis
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and informing the direct manager if any required settlement
- Prepare requested checks and transfers for account payables & other Payable according to business need
- Responsible for payments of P.C (temporary – permanent) to employees, follow up its approval and settlement it.
- Responsible for Filling & delivering all banks documents
