Your Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee HR documentation management in compliance with Kazakhstans labor legislation and internal regulations.
- Implement a Shared Service Center approach for centralized HR administration.
- Automate HR processes and integrate HR functions with other university departments.
- Manage employee records including working hours leave sick leave and internal transfers.
- Interact with government agencies on labor law compliance and inspections.
- Lead a team of HR administrators and coordinators.
- Develop and enforce internal HR regulations and standards.
- Minimize labor disputes and legal risks in HR administration.
- Advise managers and employees on labor law matters.
Qualifications :
Our Expectations:
- A degree in HR Law Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR administration or related field including labor relations and time tracking.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan labor law.
- Experience with HR systems automation tools and analytics.
- Fluency in Kazakh Russian and English.
