Position Summary:
We are looking for a ProjectBased Recruitment Specialist with 35 years of proven experience recruiting handymen Airbnb cleaners and maintenance workers in Brisbane Australia. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the Brisbane labor market expertise in sourcing skilled tradespeople and a strategic approach to highvolume bluecollar recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to source handymen Airbnb cleaners and maintenance staff for Brisbane Australia.
- Utilize local job boards social media recruitment agencies and referral networks to attract top talent.
- Conduct structured screenings interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidates meet Smart Suites requirements.
- Manage preemployment processes including work rights verification background checks and required certifications.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of reliable oncall and projectbased workers.
- Collaborate with operations and property management teams to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills
