Your Role as an Art Teacher:

Deliver Inspiring Art Lessons Teach a wide range of artistic techniques including drawing painting sculpture printmaking and digital media to students of all abilities.
Foster Creativity & Innovation Encourage students to think critically and express their ideas through creative exploration in the arts.
Provide Individualized Feedback Offer constructive feedback and support to help each student grow and develop their artistic skills.
Create an Inclusive & Nurturing Classroom Foster an environment where all students feel inspired supported and confident in their artistic abilities.
Collaborate Across Departments Work closely with other teachers in the arts to enhance the curriculum and promote interdisciplinary learning.
Contribute to ExtraCurricular Activities Lead art clubs exhibitions and projects that extend students learning and provide opportunities to showcase their work.

Who Were Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Art at secondary level.
Passion for the Arts A love for teaching and inspiring students through the subject of Art.
Creative & Inspiring Able to create a dynamic engaging and challenging learning environment that sparks curiosity and creativity in students.
StudentCentered A commitment to developing every students potential and supporting their individual artistic journeys.
Collaborative Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively within the schools creative team.
An Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
