Tasks
- Manage customer orders inquiries and complaints while ensuring accuracy timely processing and compliance with agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales logistics purchasing credit and accounting) to facilitate shipments invoicing and overall customer support
- Monitor customer credit status handle returns and ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping
- Act as a firstlevel point of contact for internal departments
- Prioritize tasks efficiently while managing competing demands
Requirements
- Native level of French
- Full Professional level of English
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a similar role
- Proficient in SAP MS Office and/or Salesforce
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailedoriented and proactive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- An active listener who enjoys working collaboratively
