****This role is offered as B2B contract (long term) and fully remote candidates MUST be based in Poland****
I am looking for a Manual Tester to help ensure the quality reliability and performance of my clients digital products.
This role is ideal for those who are passionate about manual testing but aspire to transition into test automation.
You will work alongside data scientists DevOps engineers ML engineers frontend and backend developers and business experts to build highimpact digital solutions.
Tasks
- Prepare and manage test data for thorough software validation.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to define test strategies.
- Design review and execute test cases for functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Perform various testing types including system integration UAT sanity smoke and regression testing.
- Identify and report defects ensuring clear documentation and tracking.
- Collaborate with developers to improve test coverage and software quality.
- Gain handson exposure to test automation tools supporting a future transition into automation.
- Continuously assess and enhance QA processes for improved efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong experience in manual testing across different testing methodologies.
- Understanding of test automation frameworks (a plus but not required).
- Basic knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript/TypeScript or Java.
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman) and defecttracking systems.
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter (preferred).
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and CI/CD workflows.
- Excellent analytical skills attention to detail and a problemsolving mindset.
- Enthusiasm to learn automation testing and work towards upskilling in test automation.
