Job Description
BEV HD truck market grows rapidly due to its significant advantage of TCO both in the application of FCEV and REEV HD trucks. HD eAxle as the drive system of BEV trucks are well recognized and accepted by the market due to its high performance and light weight. The company is looking for an enthusiastic business leader who exhibits a track record of successful launch of new products in the area of commercial vehicles. As business owner of the product area HD eAxle you take the responsibility to ensure a sustainable and profitable growth of the business. You are striving to add value to your customer by offering advanced products which needs a high level of professionalism in the technical product features as well as in the customer project acquisition and execution. The job focus will be on a balance of: product engineering industrialization and launch at the customers. A deep knowledge of fuel cell system and buildup long term business relationship with customers are characterizing the daytoday tasks which are needed to strive for target achievement.
- Technical and commercial resp. (TCR) for fuel cell power module business (100 people as direct and crossfunctional report to the TCRteam)
- Leading a management team consists of line managers of corresponding functions w/ clear target to operate the business successfully
- Lead the sales and engineering team to acquire customer projects explore business opportunities of different regions and strive for the best gotomarket approach to establish business at our strategic customers
Qualifications :
- Master degree in engineering preferred
- 10 years of experience in the related technical field w/ a close link towards customer
- Act entrepreneurship and ensure business result of company
- Fast learner
- Strong communication skills to buildup professional network towards internal and external stakeholders
- Familiar w/ knowledgebased products and market.
