Job Description

SoftPal CSSL is a leading business process outsourcing and consulting firm dedicated to delivering highquality training and capacitybuilding initiatives. We specialize in developing workforce skills empowering communities and driving sustainable impact.

We are looking for a Training Program Manager (Monitoring & Evaluation Focus) to oversee the design implementation and assessment of our training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training program management monitoring & evaluation (M&E) and datadriven decisionmaking to ensure that our initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.

Role : Training Program Manager

Salary : 250000 naira pm

Location: Abuja Fully Onsite.

Job Type: Contract (6 months)

Key Responsibilities

Program Development & Implementation

Design and develop training programs that align with industry needs and SoftPal CSSL s strategic goals.
Ensure effective delivery of training through structured learning approaches leveraging digital and inperson methods.
Manage training logistics including scheduling instructor coordination and learner engagement.
Identify risks challenges and mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
