Job Description
Job Position: Commercial Paint Superintendent
Range of Pay: $60000$90000depending on experience
Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Vision Optional Life Insurance and 401k with company match is available during enrollment period after 1 year of service.
Expectations:
Must have a minimum of 10 years experience supervising on large commerical paint projects.
- Ability to read construction documents
- Strong Communication Skills
- Proven leader of various sized projects $100000$10million
- Drives Productions
- Ability to QA/QC work
- Ability to train and develop team
- Responsible for holding team accountable
- Must make safety a priority in all aspects of job
- Have required certifications
- Have a valid driver license
