Admin Manager

Job Overview:
The Admin Manager at Bloomingdale International IB School is responsible for overseeing the school s administrative functions ensuring efficient operations and maintaining compliance with institutional policies. The role involves managing facilities security transportation housekeeping vendor relations budgeting and staff coordination to support the schools overall functioning. The Admin Manager will work closely with the Chairman Principals Heads of Departments and support staff to ensure smooth daytoday operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. School Operations & Facility Management
- Oversee daily administrative activities ensuring smooth school operations.
- Manage school infrastructure maintenance and facility upgrades.
- Ensure security fire safety and emergency protocols are effectively implemented.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene on campus.
2. Transport & Logistics
- Oversee school transportation operations ensuring timely pickup and dropoff.
- Ensure student safety in transport including tracking systems and driver compliance.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and maintenance teams for vehicle upkeep.
3. Vendor & Procurement Management
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors suppliers and service providers.
- Oversee the procurement of school supplies furniture and IT equipment.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services maintaining cost efficiency.
4. Budgeting & Finance Coordination
- Assist in budget planning and cost control measures for administrative expenses.
- Monitor utility bills repairs maintenance costs and other operational expenses.
- Maintain records of purchases contracts and vendor payments.
5. Staff Supervision & Coordination
- Manage support staff including security personnel housekeeping and transport teams.
- Conduct regular training sessions for administrative and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and workplace safety regulations.
6. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with government regulations health and safety norms and school policies.
- Maintain records related to licenses audits inspections and legal documents.
- Handle statutory compliance fire safety certifications and administrative audits.
7. Reporting & Communication
- Provide monthly reports to the Chairman on school administration budgets and operational challenges.
- Liaise with academic heads parents and external agencies for administrative requirements.
- Ensure efficient grievance redressal for parents students and staff.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration Facilities Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 710 years of experience in school administration or general management.
- Strong understanding of vendor negotiations transport management and infrastructure maintenance.
- Familiarity with education sector administration and IB school operations is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Teaching certification. Proven experience as a Primary Social science Teacher (1 - 3) years Excellent Communication Skills.
