Position: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Remote (Services must be performed within Canada)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to support information system implementation projects and process mapping activities within the healthcare sector. This role involves working closely with clinical stakeholders to define requirements develop workflows and contribute to the transformation of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document customer requirements develop workflows and conduct gap analyses between current and future states.
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to elicit healthcare systems requirements including use case and workflow development and patient care journey mapping.
- Lead and mentor business analysis teams determine analysis deliverables and ensure project goals are met.
- Implement and support Allscripts suite of products including patient registration and clinical documentation functionality.
- Analyze and transform healthcare services particularly in the acquisition and maintenance of clinical equipment.
- Conduct endtoend patient journey mapping and identify ICT solutions to support patient care and electronic clinical documentation.
Required Qualifications & Certifications:
- PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification (must provide proof).
- Certification or Diploma in Business Analysis (must provide proof).
- Valid Prosci Certification (preferred).
Required Experience:
- 10 years as a Business Analyst supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping with at least one project involving dictation and voice recognition solutions in a healthcare setting.
- 8 years working with clinical stakeholders to elicit healthcare system requirements including experience in community health environments.
- 5 years in a leadership role managing business analysis teams within a healthcare setting.
- 3 years working with or implementing the Allscripts suite of products in a healthcare setting.
- 2 years analyzing and transforming healthcare services particularly in clinical equipment purchasing and maintenance.
- 3 years mapping endtoend patient care workflows identifying ICT solutions and supporting electronic clinical documentation.
