As the Project Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting process improvement initiatives within Manitobas healthcare system. You will provide highlevel administrative and project management support ensuring smooth coordination and execution of healthcare retention and recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and project management support for healthcare initiatives.
- Assist with scope budget scheduling and risk management for healthcare projects.
- Support executives boards and committees including scheduling document management and presentation development.
- Engage with stakeholders including marginalized populations through surveys and focus groups.
- Maintain organizational and project databases including health outcome improvement programs.
- Develop and deliver orientation and training for new employees and contractors.
- Manage social media and website content for organizational or project communications.
- Support administrative functions in economic development health and training environments.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Project Management Training (Certification required).
- Microsoft Office Certification (Proof of certification required).
- 10 years of experience providing administrative support in a healthcare environment.
- 10 years of experience supporting executives boards or committees.
- 5 years of experience training and onboarding employees/contractors.
- 5 years of experience managing organizational and project databases.
- 5 years of experience in project management support (scope budget scheduling risk management).
- 10 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and outreach including working with marginalized populations.
- 2 years of experience managing social media and website content for organizational or project communications.
- 3 years of experience providing administrative support in economic development health or training environments.
