Job Description
Are you a fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills Join a leading iGaming company as they seek to hire a Customer Support Representative for their Larnaca or Limassol office.
Salary and Information:
- Salary: 1700 Euro gross/month plus an extra amount per night shift (average 5 per month)
- Quarterly bonus of up to 400 Euro
- Working Hours: Monday to Sunday 5 shifts per week (8hour shift) on a 24h rotation (08:00 to 16:00 or 16:00 to 00:00 or 00:00 to 08:00)
Responsibilities:
- Dealing directly with clients queries over chat system and email
- Answering clients requests
- Promoting products and services to clients
- Optimize customers satisfaction
- Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet clients needs
- Maintaining professionalism in all instances
Requirements:
- Ability to work 24/7 shifts on rotation (08.00 16.00 16.00 00.00 and 00.00 08.00)
- Experience preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent command of the English language
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate and proficient user of Excel
- European citizenship
