Job Description
- Highly collaborative role which involves working within a passionate crossfunctional team including Product Management Engineering and Product Designers.
- Demonstrating proven analytical skills with a can do attitude were looking for someone who can propose document and deliver.
- Defining concise endtoend user stories to drive both frontend and backend development in an agile environment.
- Youll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technology solutions.
Qualifications :
Required:
- 3 years of demonstrated BA delivery experience within agile scrum methodology including detailed analysis requirements elicitation activities translating requirements into user stories documenting the acceptance criteria and the AsIs and ToBe state.
- Must be confident with using JIRA and Confluence.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in working with crossfunctional agile teams in remote and onsite environments including Engineering Product Design and Quality Assurance.
- A blend of technical and business BA experience.
- Experience in working with crossfunctional agile teams in remote and onsite environments including Engineering Product Design and Quality Assurance.
- Has the ability to work autonomously adapt to changing priorities and can work independently and as part of a team.
- Awareness of digital design and connectivity with the backend.
Preferred:
- A strong understanding of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
- Solid understanding of the endtoend home loan application lifecycle to be able to drive lending specific requirements.
- BAU support experience including resolving Helpdesk tickets (desirable).
